SabeeApp: one subscription, unlimited users
SabeeApp is a cloud property management system aimed at small and mid-size independent properties. Rather than splitting the product into tiers, it sells a single plan that bundles the PMS, channel manager, booking engine, marketplace access and unlimited user accounts.
Pricing
The published base subscription is EUR 89 per month excluding VAT, adjusted by the number of rooms through a calculator on their site. Onboarding is a mandatory one-off EUR 399, with extra training at EUR 50 an hour. The free trial runs 15 days with no long-term commitment.
Add-on modules are priced separately: Smart Solutions at EUR 44 a month, the Unified Inbox at EUR 29, API access at EUR 50, SMS credits at EUR 0.10 each, and SabeePay at 0.5% per transaction on top of Stripe's own fees.
Note that SabeeApp prices in euros, so the per-unit columns in the comparison table here are left blank rather than converted at a rate that would go stale.
Guest-facing tools
The Guest Advisor app and online check-in move arrival paperwork off the front desk, and the Unified Inbox brings OTA and direct messages into one thread per guest.
Who it suits
The flat, all-in subscription suits properties that want predictable billing and do not want to negotiate a quote, and the unlimited user accounts matter for properties with shift-based teams where per-seat pricing adds up. The mandatory onboarding fee makes it a heavier commitment than tools you can self-serve into.
